Rare rear view of the Tolmer Cinema in Tolmers Square, 1970
A view of the side elevation of Tolmer Cinema and front elevations of terraced houses at 3-10 Tolmer’s Square, Camden Town. The houses, with four storeys over a basement, each have columns at the pavement edge supporting a portico leading to the front door. They appear to be in poor condition. A number of cars are parked including, on the left, a BMC Mini with registration number SHO338G and in the distance a Morris 1000 van with its rear covered by a tarpaulin. The buildings no longer exist and a later housing development occupies the site. The tower block rising over the other buildings is Euston Tower on Euston Road, which still exists.
