The compilation that comprises this website is copyright of Patrick Allen and Nick Wates on behalf of Tolmers Village Forum.

Photographs on this website are copyright of the photographers as indicated in the data for each photograph. Please notify us of any errors.

Low resolution images may be grabbed from the site and used on other sites providing:

• you notify the editors;

• the credit ‘courtesy of www.tolmers.net’ appears by the photo/s as well as the name of the photographer and/or copyright holder.

Requests to reproduce photographs, for high resolution digital images and for prints will be passed on to photographers. The Tolmers Village Forum can manage such transactions for photographers by mutual arrangement.

Prints – The costs of supplying and delivering prints will be passed on to customers. 10% will be added as a photographer’s copyright fee. 15% will be added as a sponsor’s facilitation fee. A quote will be provided in advance. 

High resolution digital images. A flat fee of £50 will be charged per image. 10% will be added as a photographer’s copyright fee. 15% will be added as a sponsor’s facilitation fee. Images will be sent using WeTransfer or similar.

Reproduction rights. 50% of any reproduction fees secured will be allocated to a sponsor’s facilitation fee. 

Names of some people shown in some photographs are included for interest. Names can be added, amended or deleted on request.

If anyone is unhappy with appearing in a photo on this website, please contact us quoting the reference number and identifying yourself. The photo will then be cropped or removed.

Copyright for the press cuttings remains with the author and/or the newspaper/magazine.

The stories are copyright of the authors named unless stated otherwise. Stories based on interviews are shared copyright (50/50) between interviewer and interviewee. Publication elsewhere is acceptable providing Tolmers.net is acknowledged in a manner to be mutually agreed.
